Ms. Piya Banerjee

At Grey Matters Wellness, Ms. Piya Banerjee provides therapy for all age groups-children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics- experiencing a wide range of emotional issues that are causing them distress and are impacting their general wellbeing and thriving. She offers a confidential, safe and non-judgmental setting, to explore your concerns, with the aim of gaining insight, recognizing and engaging strengths and restoring equilibrium.

Ms. Piya Banerjee works integratively and collaboratively with her clients, mindful of the subjective nature of each person’s life experience, culture, religious beliefs and worldview, drawing from her advanced training in Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Solution focused, Narrative, Humanistic, Positive Psychology and trauma methodologies.

She has worked extensively in her practice across cultures, in India, apart from working with clients from the UK, USA, Australia and the Middle East, and welcomes everyone to her practice. Apart from Therapeutic interventions and one on one Counselling, she also conducts workshops and seminars on various concepts of Psychology and Emotional Wellbeing for schools, colleges and corporates.

Ms. Aastha Sehgal

Aastha Sehgal is a Consultant Psychologist and a professional Graphologist at Grey Matters Wellness, Kolkata.  She is also a Consultant Psychologist with the ‘We Can Cancer Cannot Society’ at Saroj Gupta Cancer Hospital. She has completed her M.Sc in Psychology from the University of Calcutta.   She has been trained in the basic and advanced level of Graphology by Kolkata Institute of Graphology. She also has a certification in Counselling Skills. She is a firm believer in Mental Health Care and Emotional Wellbeing.

 

Ms. Puja Das

Puja Das is an associate Dance Movement Therapist with Grey Matters Wellness. She is also Rehabilitation psychologist (RCI approved) reg no -A36096. She has completed her M.A in psychology from Calcutta University.
